Requirements:
• At least 4 years secretarial experience in a financial institution
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good command of English language
• Punctual, composed, multi-tasking capability
• Organized especially in coordination of travel arrangements, excellent phone etiquette
Role:
• Provide efficient administrative support to the Head by scheduling meetings, arranging logistics or bookings to facilitate appointments
• Answering/screening phone calls and preparing presentation materials
