Prepares check requests for necessary payment due like telephone billing statement, association dues and the like.
Makes reservations for flight, hotel and room accommodation, restaurants engagements.
Closely coordinates with co-Executive Assistants of other companies for scheduled meetings.
Prepares business correspondence, edits and sends the same to respective concerns.
