Accountant
-BS Accounting graduate and/or any of the following:
--CPA or CIA or Treasury Certified Professional
--MBA degree holder
-Bank officer with relevant working experience in a reputable bank
-Project Management and Change capability
-Strong product accounting (financial products) knowledge and experience required
-Experienced in production of head office, statutory and regulatory reporting
-Prior experience in implementations of general ledger systems and financial reporting packages an advantage
-Ability to push architecture principles and related processes
-Ability to work with different cultures and across different geographic locations
-Business processes ability to map end to end processes (6 sigma knowledge preferable)
-Previous experience with finance re-engineering programs - preferably in investment banking
-Business Analysis skills - ability to decompose current processes and map to the future state and coming up with business solutions
-Good understanding of end to end accounting and business flows
